MEET NASEEM
Founder, Naseem (she/her), has been helping people refine their ideas and establish their online presence, and propelling clients along in their businesses for 10+ years.
As a Montessori kid (and trained Montessorian), creative problem-solving has always come naturally to Naseem, which is why she finds so much joy in pursuing—and helping others pursue—entrepreneurial ventures.
Prior to Ready, Set, Propel, Naseem was the co-founder and COO of her family’s successful leadership development consultancy for nearly a decade. She was in charge of strategic direction, growth initiatives, branding, web design & maintenance, and general operations for the company. She oversaw projects from the idea stage to the final product and was in charge of keeping projects on schedule. Under her management, the business achieved seven-figure revenue with zero debt within two years of its founding.
Naseem holds a B.A. from Agnes Scott College and an M.Ed. in Montessori Education from Loyola University Maryland.
